This successful development featured two of our high-quality relocatable homes, each delivered in two pieces. Due to the site’s challenging ground conditions, driven piles were required to provide a stable foundation.

The above video clip shows a house en route, being relocated to Hastings. A perfect example of how an old house can be saved from demolition and given a fresh start. Instead of becoming landfill, this home is on its way to being fully renovated and added to Hawke’s Bay’s much-needed housing stock.
